I Love This Show
craigdaron: you are whack for saying what you said. This show was magical, I was there. They had this show posted on their website the next day. I think I converted more than a thousand kids in Detroit into JBB fans. If you only get one show THIS IS THAT SHOW... some of the best versions of defiantly their best songs. Calling these joints songs don't even feel right, each track is a friend of mine.

Sounds real good.
Definately not ska. This is a great recording however and a great first download for an over-all idea of what Jbb is all about.

This set alone has rekindled my JBB fire to having them becoming one of my favorite bands. Having first seen them at a frat party my freshman year of college, they have certainly come a long way. If you only get one JBB live set, THIS is the set to get. SBD quality, perfect levels/mix...you just can't complain. The setlist is great too.

sick show and amazing recording!!!
i don't comment on what others post, BUT in this case i have to say what a COMPLETE IDIOT craigd is. this moron obviously has no clue what great music is, or even what different shit sounds like.
most importantly JBB jams and this is a great one to pick up!!

A+ Sound A Show
Don't know what craigdaron is talking about, there isn't even a hint of ska in JBB. If anything, they have a little bit of jam band in them.
Anyway, best sound quality of any JBB show posted (Even Austin '01) Lots of songs off of Pressure Points and a good sampling of others. Too bad they had to be out of the theater at midnite 'cause this one could have ripped had they not rushed the second set.
Worth the download for sound quality alone.
Not just another ska band. (but I'm sure most of you knew that)

John Brown's Body
They are alright. Just another mediocre ska band.

If you like JBB
You'll love this. If you really want a high quality roots reggae recording, I really recommend this show. There's a bit too much chatter, but that's indicative of an I-Town band as a rule. It's too bad the end of the show was rushed.
